Community Guidelines

The rules that keep Lokips honest, helpful & safe.

Lokips is a microblogging and AI platform where people can post, connect, discover AI tools, and collaborate on projects. These guidelines help keep the community respectful, useful, and safe for everyone.

1. Be Respectful

Treat every member of the community with respect. Disagreements are natural in community discussions, but personal attacks, name-calling, bullying, and harassment are never acceptable.

• Critique ideas, not people
• Avoid derogatory language based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Respect differing opinions, experience levels, and backgrounds
• Do not engage in doxxing or sharing personal information without consent

2. Post Authentic Content

Lokips values authenticity. All content you post should be genuine and truthful.

Do: Share your real work, genuine opinions, original code, and authentic experiences.

Don't: Post misleading information, fake achievements, plagiarized content, or artificially generated engagement. Do not use bots or automated tools to create posts, likes, or followers.

Projects published on Web Network must be your own work or work you have explicit permission to distribute. Copying other users' projects is prohibited and will be detected by our file fingerprint system.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion Abuse

Sharing your work is encouraged. Spamming is not.

• Do not post the same content repeatedly across multiple sections
• Do not send unsolicited promotional messages via DM
• Do not create posts solely to drive traffic to external sites without adding value
• Do not manipulate hashtags or trending topics by posting repetitive or meaningless content

Legitimate promotion of your projects, AI tools, and services through proper channels such as posts, advertisements, and the Web Network is welcome when it follows these guidelines.

4. Protect Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property of others.

• Do not upload code, designs, or content that belongs to others without permission
• Do not download and republish projects from Web Network as your own
• Give credit when using or referencing others' work
• Report copyrighted content using the Report tool

Lokips uses file fingerprinting to automatically detect and block unauthorized copying of published projects. Repeated violations will result in account termination.

5. Keep Content Safe & Useful

Lokips is a microblogging and AI platform. Posts, discussions, tools, and projects should contribute positively to the community and must follow applicable law.

• Sexually explicit or suggestive content is not permitted
• Graphic violence or gore is not permitted
• Content promoting illegal activities is not permitted
• Content promoting self-harm or dangerous challenges is not permitted
• Malicious, deceptive, or unsafe AI tools and project files are not permitted

Posts and uploads should be authentic, useful, and respectful of other users.

6. Safe Clubs & Communities

Clubs should be spaces for productive discussion and collaboration.

• Club administrators are responsible for moderating content within their clubs
• Clubs that promote hate, discrimination, or illegal activity will be removed
• Do not use clubs to coordinate harassment or brigading against other users
• Report problematic clubs or club content using the Report function

7. Advertising Standards

Advertisements on Lokips must be truthful, non-deceptive, and relevant to the tech community.

• Ads must not contain misleading claims or false information
• Ads for illegal products or services are prohibited
• Ads must not impersonate other brands or users
• Users can report inappropriate ads using the report feature

8. Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the report tools available on every post, tool, comment, and profile.

Appeals can be submitted to support@lokips.com within 14 days of enforcement action.

9. Changes to Guidelines

Lokips may update these Community Guidelines as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
